Quang Pham, General Partner and Executive Investment Committee Member, ABB Private Equity

Vanguard is proud to welcome Quang Pham as a Board Director, strengthening our leadership team with his extensive experience in private equity and investment across Asia.

With nearly 20 years of experience in fund management and investment, Quang currently serves as an Executive Investment Committee Member at ABB Private Equity, a Singapore-based, MAS-regulated private equity firm specializing in consumer-focused SMEs. Prior to this, he spent five years as a Director at Crescent Capital Management, where he played a key role in managing investments across China and Southeast Asia, contributing to a portfolio that became part of Ares Management, a $360 billion global alternative asset firm.

Quang also brings a wealth of expertise in Vietnam’s financial markets, having previously served as a Board Member of VNDirect Securities, a leading $1.5 billion equity and bond brokerage on the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Vietnam Investments (VI) Group, an investment firm managing over $600 million in high-growth assets across Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.

His deep knowledge of private equity, capital markets, and cross-border investment will be invaluable as Vanguard continues to empower Vietnam’s next generation of leaders and drive sustainable business growth beyond national borders.
