Her extensive leadership in venture building, tech entrepreneurship, and financial strategy will be instrumental in advancing Vanguard’s mission to shape Vietnam’s next generation of bold, forward-thinking leaders.

Chrystie is currently the Managing Partner of Resu Consulting and Capital Advisory (RCCA), a strategic advisory firm that helps businesses build influence, attract investors, and navigate Vietnam’s evolving market through expert media, consulting, and capital advisory services.

With over 20 years of experience, Chrystie has seamlessly transitioned from an international banking executive to a dynamic founder and venture builder. She holds a Business Degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investments from FINSIA, equipping her with deep expertise in financial analysis and growth strategies. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in building businesses for major banks across Europe and Asia, leading high-performing sales teams, and driving global mandates.

As the leader of VSV Foundation, Chrystie is at the forefront of Vietnam’s startup ecosystem, empowering founders and fostering entrepreneurship. Her global career—spanning Sydney, London, and Singapore—has now brought her back to Hanoi, where she is dedicated to cultivating Vietnam’s future leaders and high-impact businesses.

A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, Chrystie is committed to breaking barriers, encouraging women to be entrepreneurial, fearless, and independent. She also dedicates her efforts to mentoring Vietnamese children, ensuring that the next generation is equipped with empathy and leadership skills to drive meaningful change.
