While GenX mastered the art of building businesses, knowledge transfer has remained a challenge. The survivalist mindset of Vietnam’s past meant that many leaders operated with caution, often guarding their expertise rather than openly mentoring the next wave of executives. Vanguard seeks to bridge this gap—cultivating a leadership culture that values innovation, collaboration, and sustainable business growth.

The official launch last week brought together young leaders from REE Corporation, Nam Long Group, Hoa Binh Group, and Apple Vietnam, marking the beginning of a dynamic, high-impact leadership community.
